1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the planet77 website, downloading our mobile app, or registering a new account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

3Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on planet77. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of their balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you need to provide include:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document.
• A valid date of birth.
• An active, accessible email address.
• Mobile phone number registered under your own name.
• A valid payment method registered in your own name.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. 6Game Rules

• Accounts closed at the user's request will have any eligible balance refunded once all reviews are completed.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be eligible for a balance refund.
• Users whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not permitted to re-register without written consent from planet77.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure.

9Liability Limits

Planet77 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and free from errors. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without any disruption, delays, or technical faults.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, planet77 is not liable for:
